MEMPHIS, Tenn., March 5, 2020 – Lehman-Roberts Co. and sister company Memphis Stone & Gravel, a leader in the highway paving, construction, asphalt and aggregate industry, has hired Roger Hickam as Fleet Maintenance Planner/Scheduler. Hickam reports to Matt Cox, Director of Asset Management.
“Roger comes to us with years of equipment scheduling experience, most recently at a company with more than 85,000 employees,” said Cox. “I look forward to him being an integral part of our team as we implement immediate improvements in our maintenance process.”
As Planner/Scheduler, Hickam is responsible for proactively planning and scheduling equipment maintenance with operators, crew foreman and maintenance mechanics for both Lehman-Roberts and Memphis Stone & Gravel.
Hickam earned his bachelor’s degree in Mining Engineering at Missouri University of Science and Technology. In addition, he holds the Certified Equipment Manager (CEM) designation through the Association of Equipment Management Professionals (AEMP).
