Lehman-Roberts and sister company Memphis Stone & Gravel, both members of the Granite group of companies, are thrilled to announce the appointment of Alison “Aley” Porter as Customer Service Specialist.
In her role as Customer Service Specialist, Alison will be tasked with encouraging cross-organizational relationships across various divisions, businesses, and independent contractors. Her primary responsibilities will involve accurately and promptly processing transactions in the accounting system, daily processing of tickets, invoicing customers, and managing customer relations.
Accounting Supervisor Nicole Billingsley shared about her time working with Aley thus far. She remarked, “Alison is fantastic at providing customer service. Her hard work and focus on building great relationships will be a valuable asset to our team.”
During her free time, Alison enjoys being outdoors and spending quality time with her loved ones. When asked about her time here so far, Alison commented, “I have enjoyed getting to know my new work family, exploring the values of the company, and learning about this role.” Welcome aboard, Alison!
