Yes. We offer openings in Paving, Plant and Administration divisions throughout the year.

For most hourly openings, if you do not have a resume, that is okay. However, we will ask that you include on the application information your work experience including: Company Name and Location, Job Title, Employment Dates, Job Duties and Reason for Leaving. If you have experience on heavy equipment from past companies, farming, or military, please let us know!

Must be at least 18 years of age, valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Certain Skilled Labor positions may require a CDL class A, as noted on the job posting.

It may take anywhere from one week to a few weeks, depending on the role. The general timeframe may include phone screen, interview, motor vehicle report and pre-employment physical and drug test.

The amount of travel depends on the position. Our paving crews are on the road nearly every day. Some roles are more local, while others may require occasional overnight stays. Please review the job posting for that information.

Yes. We are a mid-size company with internal offerings to our employees. Most of our management team on the field have started at entry level positions. We also have had some employees transfer to the plant division, or other departments such as Safety and Quality Control.

We have on the job training available. There is also an opportunity for structured training as needed, given an acceptable performance record. Generally speaking, once a year, we offer an annual training for all employees. There are two tracks offered: One is technical training, the other is leadership training for Foremen and above.
