The Diamond Achievement Commendation is a nationally recognized and respected program that encourages and recognizes responsible asphalt plant operational practices and cultivates good community relations. Developed in 1999, the self-assessment process addresses five essential facets of an asphalt plant and its surrounding site: appearance, operations, environmental practices, safety, and community relations.
NAPA Chairman James Winford stated, “Earning the Diamond Achievement Commendation enhances both the image of your individual facility and the image of the asphalt pavement industry. It clearly demonstrates a corporate commitment to excellence with a community focus.”
