MEMPHIS, Tenn., June 30, 2021 – Lehman-Roberts Co. and sister company Memphis Stone & Gravel, a leader in the highway paving, construction, asphalt and aggregate industry, has promoted Roy Rothenberger to Sales Manager. Rothenberger will lead sales efforts across both companies.
“Roy is in tune with our customers’ needs and is adaptable to the constraints of our production team,” said Richard Moore, VP of Strategy and Continuous Improvement. “I’m confident that with his leadership, our organization will continue to provide construction materials on time and meet customer needs. His support will also help us continually deliver a high quality product and enhance our partnerships with our customers.”
As Sales Manager, Roy will be in charge of leading the sales team and coordinating with customers to ensure both Lehman-Roberts and Memphis Stone and Gravel can provide materials and resources to help these customers achieve success. Roy exhibits the companies’ core values of relationships and stewardship daily in his interactions.
Other duties will include overseeing the policies, objectives and initiatives of the sales team. Having been with the family of companies for more than three years, Roy previously served as a Sales Associate. Roy’s overall career path demonstrates his extensive understanding of his field, benefitting from more than 15 years of experience.
